  • If the issue is tenant-specific (credits, visibility, or access), contact your product owner or admin.
  • For platform issues, reach out to DigiWedge Support and include:
    • Your tenant name
    • The URL you are using (e.g., https://feedback.yolo.co.za)
    • A short description of the issue
    • Any error message you see
