Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about using DigiWedge Feedback.

Voting

How do I get more voting credits?

Credits are allocated based on your account type and organization settings. Credits return when you remove votes or when features you voted on ship.

Can I change my vote after submitting?

Yes. You can increase, decrease, or remove votes at any time. Credit changes are immediate.

Do my votes guarantee a feature will be built?

No. Votes are one input into prioritization. Product teams also consider strategic fit, technical feasibility, and resource availability.

Can others see how I voted?

No. Individual votes are private. Only aggregate totals are visible.

Credits

Why do I have fewer credits than someone else?

Credit pools vary by account type and organization configuration. Guest users typically have smaller pools than authenticated users.

What happens to my credits when a feature ships?

They return to your pool automatically. You can then allocate them to other features.

Is there a limit to how many credits I can put on one feature?

Yes. The maximum is typically 100 credits per feature to prevent any single user from dominating a feature's vote count.

Roadmap

What do the horizons mean?

  • Now: Currently in development
  • Next: Planned for upcoming cycles
  • Later: On the radar, not yet scheduled

How often does the roadmap update?

Roadmap horizons are reviewed regularly. Features move between horizons as work progresses and priorities shift.

Can I request a new feature?

Depending on your organization's settings, you may be able to submit new feature requests. Look for a "Suggest Feature" or similar option.

Account

Do I need an account to vote?

It depends on your organization's configuration. Some enable guest voting; others require authentication.

How do I enable notifications?

Notification settings are in your account preferences. You can choose to be notified when features you voted on change status.

Technical

Why can't I access certain features?

Access may be limited by your account type or organization. Contact your administrator if you believe you should have access.
